Ed has three decades of supermarket experience, including management positions with P&C Foods, Grand Union, and Shaw's. He oversees the grocery, dairy, frozen foods, and beverage departments at the store. When he's not working, he enjoys golfing and snowshoeing. He has also dedicated time to the community through work with local food banks, coaching and umpiring baseball and softball, and starting an after school basketball program. Ed graduated from Hanover High School and attended the University of New Hampshire.

Jen joined the Co-op team as Finance Manager in July 2009. She's worked previously with Passumpsic Savings Bank and as president of Tender Corp in Littleton. She is a member of the Meadow Stone Farm CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), volunteers with the Nature Conservancy and the Pemigewasset Valley Search & Rescue Team, and is working toward a Master's Degree in Environmental Science at Plymouth State University. An avid cyclist and hiker, Jen lives in Bethlehem with her husband John and their dog, cat, and chickens.

Mike has an educational background in culinary arts and communications. Before coming to the Co-op, he was the sous chef at the Sunset Hill House in Sugar Hill, N.H. Mike is committed to serving the Co-op's customers well and is working with other department managers in the store to develop shopping lists for preparing healthy meals at a great price. Mike is also a skier and has worked at Cannon Mountain. He lives in Littleton with his wife and two children and enjoys hunting, music, and building projects at home when he's not at the Co-op.

Ollie Laflamme

Ollie is a native of Littleton and lives in town with his wife and their two children. He spent 15 years working for Butson's Supermarkets in Littleton, Lancaster and Woodsville. Ollie is a member of several local clubs and coaches Little League baseball. He completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail in 1995 and also enjoys fishing and gardening.

Rodney graduated from Littleton High School in 1981 and has worked as a produce manager for more than 20 years in St. Johnsbury, Vt., and Lincoln, NH. He lives in Lyman with his wife and two daughters. When he's not working, Rodney enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, gardening, cooking and building.

Chris graduated from Littleton High School in 1988 and has worked as a Front End Manager, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Store Manager for over 20 years in Lincoln, N.H. He has four children, two who are in college, and lives in Bethlehem with his wife Wendy and their two youngest children. Chris also devotes free time to serving the Bethlehem Village District as Treasurer, as well as providing design work for some Lincoln area businesses. When he isn't working or spending time with family, Chris can usually be found with his camera and tripod, hiking and snowshoeing on and off the mountain trails.
