Survey says . . .
Thanks to the nearly 500 folks who completed our member survey and shared their thoughts about our Co-op store. Our managers are reviewing the results, as well as each and every individual comment, so we can be as responsive as possible to your input.
We're thrilled to report, though, that for virtually all the questions, both at the department level and regarding the overall experience, the responses are overwhelmingly "very good" or "excellent", as you'll see by reviewing the charts. Even on the subject of prices, the responses were overwhelmingly "acceptable" or better.
Here are some of the comments we received in the survey:
"I love shopping at the Co-op. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's more like visiting your corner store than a supermarket."
"The produce is fresh, tastes real and we love the access to your fresh fish, fresh artisan breads, cheeses, and Vermont Coffees."
"I like the atmosphere and hope over time more of the items I characteristically buy will become available. I have requested a few, and they always appear by the time I make my next trip. Your produce is OUTSTANDING!!!"
"Many thanks to a store well run, I love it and buy all my produce, cheeses and deli meats here."
